Glitch

I was planning this guy for so long
As the Title already shows, hes a Glitch. 

He can only show himself in 4-Bit colours, tho he mostly chooses black and white cause its easyer. 
Hes never shown 'perfect' so he always has some of these colour errors and code shown. 

He can transform into anything he comes up with - Tho there are things he cant change as required:
He stays male whatever he does, Also his Hair always stays black and his eyes cant be modyfied too.
